This role is Bangkok-based with relocation provided. Our Senior Product Managers are analytical and data-driven individuals who are responsible for building products end-to-end, with a focus on analyzing and experimenting until our solutions are perfectly tailored to our travelers. As the Senior Product Manager specializing in SEO, you will drive our SEO product strategy and partner closely with senior leadership cross-functionally to define, build, and deliver the best product solutions that strengthen our SEO dominance.

You will get dedicated engineering resources that you define and allocate. This is an Individual Contributor position.

In this role, you\'ll get to :

Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns / products that support wider company initiatives, customer engagement, and optimizing organic rankings to drive Agoda’s revenues
Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features, experiment, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies
Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging (through well-defined KPIs) to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI
Develop innovative solutions across regions, product areas, and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO

What you\'ll need to succeed

At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience

Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)

Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making, with a strong focus on SEO

Strong data skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to different stakeholders

Experience developing and launching new products

Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel

Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving change

Hands-on mentality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to have

MBA or Master\'s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics

Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalents
