As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our Troy office, helping our team deliver great work and ensuring our clients always feel taken care of.
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep the firm moving. From client communication to billing support, you’ll play a critical role in creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Answer phones and route inquiries effectively
Support billing, collections, and payment processing
Growth & Development Opportunities (where you can expand in the role)
Manage CRM (HubSpot) and client records with accuracy
Canva) to create social media content and executive presentations
Learn and adopt new tools quickly (AI platforms, automation software, project management systems)
Take on special projects that keep the office and leadership team supported
We’ll provide training on our tools and systems, so what matters most is your ability to learn quickly and stay proactive.)
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in administrative or office support
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with billing / payment systems
Flexible and adaptable, able to handle varied tasks without losing focus
Familiarity with accounting principles or CCH software is a plus
