Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.\nQualifications Education\n\nGraduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following : \n
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)\n
  • Diploma in Nursing\n
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)\nLicensure\n
  • Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment\n
  • Or possess a compact license , per state board of nursing regulations\n
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all licensure requirements\nPhysical Requirements\n
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly\n
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking during each shift\n
  • Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform job duties\nCertifications\n

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire)\n

  • Certified Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Nurse (CPHON)\n

  • Fetal Monitoring Certification (C-EFM)\n
