Key Responsibilities

• Sales : Promote and sell D1 retail products, including apparel, water, and other merchandise to clients.
• Client Check-Ins : Efficiently manage client check-ins for classes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all members.
• Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging environment for clients and staff alike.
• Facility Maintenance : Help keep the facility clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming space for all members.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about D1 products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
