Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Location : Pompton Plains, NJ

Duration : 12 months+ contract

Shift : 7 pm to 7 am (12 hours shift) Weekends and holidays as needed.

Note : Must be willing to commit up to 3 shifts per week. Hours are not guaranteed.

Pay Rate : $59 / HR. ON W2

Note : Stipend is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Duties :

• Provide critical care for critically ill patients by monitoring vital signs, managing life support equipment like ventilators, administering complex medications, and performing continuous patient assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, create and implement care plans, maintain detailed patient records, and provide emotional support for both patients and their families.
• Consistently demonstrates competent clinical skills. Performs direct patient care activities in support of patient care delivery and team concept.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the conditions / diagnoses, procedures and equipment encountered for surgical patients.
• Individualizes patient care according to the procedure and type of anesthesia across the continuum of care.
