Job Description

We are actively hiring for the position of Production Associate for our plant in Wixom, Michigan.

Shift : 3rd Shift - 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

Duties & Responsibilities

  • May operate light machinery including but not limited to heat presses and large printers
  • Maintain production and quality goals using standard work process and quality at the source checks
  • Perform all functions and tasks related to the processing of customer orders
  • Perform any and all tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Maintain a clean & organized workstation
  • Ensure daily maintenance is performed on machines and equipment
  • May need to troubleshoot basic equipment

    • Qualification

  • High school diploma / GED
  • 1-2 years' experience in Shipping / Receiving
  • Knowledge of shipping methods / carriers
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Committed to excellence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized, problem-solver, manages priorities well
  • Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, team player
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Handles multiple projects, meets deadlines
  • Follows instructions effectively
