Defined need based on size of service area and current coverage

Need for two pediatricians

Employed by hospital

Full-time / some flexibility on weekly schedule / Work regular days or 3.5 longer days

Office with other primary care physicians and mid-levels

Office space located in MOB

Hospital does 540 deliveries per year

Level 2 Nursery

200 Bed Hospital

Round on 4-6 nursery patients per day

FINANCIALS

On-going salary plus wRVU bonus

Salary $250K-$300K(50th & 75th), Bonus conversion factor $48-$50

3-yr arrangement

90 day out clause without cause bilateral

Malpractice

Tail coverage

Cover licensing fees

PTO (20 personal days)

CME (One week PTO)

Student Loan support up to $30K per year(no cap)

Sign-on bonus = $30K+

Relocation = $10K+
