Job Summary : The Ecohouse Electrical Lead will oversee field electrical work, ensuring compliance with codes and maintaining the highest quality standards. They will be responsible for maintenance and repair of solar power systems, ensuring photovoltaic systems are correctly wired, connected, and operating safely and efficiently. This role involves working with solar panels, inverters, and electrical components to integrate solar energy systems into residential, commercial, or industrial applications. The Solar Electrician ensures that all electrical work complies with industry codes and safety standards, while also troubleshooting issues and conducting repairs when necessary. This position requires a strong foundation in electrical work, a specialized understanding of solar technology, and the ability to work in a team to deliver high-quality solar installations.

Salary Range
$59,850.00 - $95,760.00
This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
