Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Manage parts ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory levels. Track daily sales, labor hours, and profitability targets. Prepare and review work orders, invoices, and reports. Motivate and coach the team to achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Support training and development of staff.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Repair Shop Manager / Salesperson to oversee daily operations, manage customer relationships, and drive shop sales. The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
