Creative Producer for Animation

A company is looking for a Creative Producer (Animation) to lead high-profile client projects in animated content.

Key Responsibilities

Own animation projects from pitch to delivery, including scoping, budgeting, and ensuring contract delivery

Build and lead a team of animation talent, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management

Supervise scripts, animatics, storyboards, and final animation, ensuring clarity at each lock stage

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience producing animation in an agency or studio environment

Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to manage expectations

Proven track record managing end-to-end animated series or campaigns on time and budget

Strong knowledge of production pipelines and budgeting skills

Fluency in English; Russian is a strong plus for bilingual coordination
