As a key member of the Global R&D PMO Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Business Unit Description : The Global Surgical R&D unit reports to the Senior Vice President of R&D and includes R&D Advanced Technology, R&D Special / Customs, R&D Base Business, R&D PMO, and R&D New Product Development.

Job Title / High-Level Position Summary : The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and completion of a project within a designated timeline and budget, by leading a team of subject matter experts belonging to different functions. The Project Manager may lead every type of project, i.e., NPD, BB, or Advance Technology based on need. The focus will be on NPD.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement projects
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources, by creating a project schedule and by leading a team
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
• Manage the project budget
• Overcome obstacles that arise
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project
