Job Description : Role Overview

Client is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst (Contractor) to support the Product Owner for Client.com. This hybrid role combines key responsibilities of a Business Analyst and a Scrum Master, playing a vital role in the successful execution of digital projects and agile delivery. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with websites, digital ecosystems, and enterprise platforms, and will act as a strategic liaison between business, marketing, and technical teams.

A strong understanding of Agile practices, stakeholder engagement, backlog management, and enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager or similar) is essential. Experience working on enterprise websites and digital marketing platforms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories.
• Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog; prioritize and groom stories for upcoming sprints.
• Lead business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution oversight, and issue tracking.
• Prepare milestone updates and sprint summaries for business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business users for testing, feedback loops, and change management to ensure smooth rollout of features.
