Proposal and Pricing Specialist

A company is looking for a Proposal & Pricing Specialist to develop compelling proposals for the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit proposals, RFP responses, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing packages for healthcare clients

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, timelines, pricing inputs, and solution narratives

Analyze costs, margins, and profitability to support accurate pricing and forecasting

Qualifications Required

3-5 years of experience writing and managing proposals in healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM)

Strong understanding of medical billing, payer processes, and automation technologies (AI / RPA preferred)

Proven experience developing pricing strategies or working with cost modeling and proposal budgets

Proficiency in data analytics (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar) for modeling and trend analysis

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
