A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Pharmacology to lead clinical pharmacology strategy in drug development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical pharmacology strategy across early- and late-stage clinical programs, including dose finding and exposure-response modeling
Oversee PK / PD study design, analysis, and interpretation, collaborating with clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory colleagues
Act as the subject-matter expert for clinical pharmacology in regulatory submissions and interactions with the FDA / EMA
Required Qualifications
PhD or PharmD with experience in DMPK, Clinical Pharmacology, or a related discipline
15+ years of experience in biotech or pharma, with a strong track record in clinical pharmacology
Demonstrated expertise in PK / PD, modeling & simulation, dose finding, and exposure-response strategies
