• Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and property standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed.

Salary : Up to $32 / hour + renewal bonus + housing discount + benefits + 401k matching
