We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Responsibilities

As a Clinician, you’ll play a key role in supporting adults navigating substance use. Your responsibilities will include :

Conduct admissions and discharges

Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals and families

Create and implement personalized treatment plans, master treatment plans, and continuing care plans

Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions determined by your individual training and experience

Collaborate with other providers, families, and referral sources as needed

Maintain accurate records using an electronic medical record system

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, EMRs)

Valid driver’s license, private insurance, and reliable transportation

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to : job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
