Pomeroy Living, a premier senior living community, is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team. This position will float between our seven senior living communities, located in Sterling Heights, Rochester Hills, Northville and Lake Orion to cover staff vacancies and vacations. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering delicious and nutritious meals that enhance the dining experience for our residents and lead the culinary team to success. Responsibilities :

• Culinary Leadership :

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service.

Develop and implement creative and appealing menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our diverse resident population.

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Manage food inventory, place orders, and control food costs.

Interact with residents to ensure their satisfaction with meal service.

Collaborate effectively with other departments, including dining services, nursing, and resident services.
