About the Role :

As a Project Manager , youll lead 6-8 faade restoration projects , focusing on Local Law 11 compliance . Youll be at the heart of preserving NYCs architectural legacy , overseeing crucial inspections and managing projects from start to finish , all while collaborating closely with senior management and clients to deliver exceptional results .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple faade restoration projects , from planning through to completion .
• Conduct scaffold and field inspections to ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and work closely with property owners and contractors to ensure top-tier project execution .
