Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance on-site. Oversee quality control measures to ensure construction meets company standards and client expectations. Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and address any challenges proactively. Manage procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules and reports. Foster a collaborative environment among team members and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have : Proven experience in multifamily, wood-frame, and residential new construction. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices. Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
