Compliance Specialist II

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and training on affordable housing compliance

Electronically review applicant / resident files to ensure adherence to federal and state program regulations

Communicate file deficiencies clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, including certification auditing

Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD program requirements

Ability to work both individually and in teams

Vigilance in following up on compliance issue resolutions

Demonstrated flexibility and a sense of urgency
