Location : Wentzville, Missouri

Healthcare organization : Hospital offering a wide range of outpatient services—imaging (MRI, CT, mammography), laboratory, cardiology, pulmonary, and rehab—as well as a 74 bed inpatient behavioral health unit serving adolescents through seniors, including developmental disabilities and chemical dependency programs

Opportunity : Seeking IM / FM trained Hospitalist to join established team

• Rounding on medical needs of behavioral patients - no managing of behavioral issues
• On-site Psychiatrists and Pharmacists readily available to assist when needed
• Must be comfortable seeing patients as young as 13
• Flexibility in setting own hours seeing patients
• Low acuity, low stress position
• Manage admissions, rounding, and discharge of patients. Manage medical needs only
• No procedures or codes
• No ICU or ED

Compensation : $255,000 annual salary with comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; PTO; 401k with matching contributions; paid malpractice with tail coverage.
