A company is looking for a Systems Analyst, CS Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize the global WFM platform for reliability and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and system enhancements
Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for the WFM platform
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience in systems / application support or analysis
3+ years' experience with large call centers and third-party WFM applications
Strong understanding of WFM platform data structures and reporting
Expert-level Excel skills, including complex calculations and pivot tables
Highly analytical with experience in statistical methods and call center planning methodologies
