Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Coordinator for our Richmond clinic. As the first point of contact for new families, you will play a vital role in starting their ABA journey. Through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, you’ll guide families through the intake process, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and cared for from the very beginning.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred) Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) Experience in intake, administrative support, or customer service (required) Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Warm, professional, and family-focused demeanor
