Overview

Associate Photographer - Austin, TX. CoStar Group (NASDAQ : CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We support Homes.com and Apartments.com with media collection, including virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential properties. Photographers are assigned a core territory and will scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras, capture virtual tours and floor plans, and provide residential photography for marketing purposes.

Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.

Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments using photography techniques to showcase spaces.

Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.

Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed when not on residential assignments.

Adhere to CoStar safety standards for safeguarding vehicles and equipment; represent CoStar professionally.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional photography experience; real estate photography required.

Experience as a professional photographer or recently earned photography degree.

FAA Part 107 Drone License / Certification required within 30 days of offer.

Strong time management, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.

Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record check prior to start.

Compensation

The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus-eligible, with monthly bonuses based on performance metrics. The annual pay is $50,000 with opportunity for additional bonuses.
