Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office tools
Familiarity with compliance and service platforms such as Pass Tools, Titan, or ServiceMax
Ability to review and respond to Notices of Violation (NOVs) accurately
Exceptionally organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Must be available to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
