VP, Fixed Income UI Developer Job at Jefferies in New York

Jefferies US Fixed Income, Electronic Trading Technology Team seeks a Senior-LevelTechnologist specializing in E-Trading technology. Individuals should have at least 10+ years of experience implementing large-scale E-Trading applications across multiple geographical regions.

Primary Responsibilities :

Work as part of a team in the design and implementation of a global Front Office application, with a focus on real-time delivery of large datasets.

Confident in contributing to projects and seeing them through to production.

Work and collaborate with teams across business lines and regions.

Assist with design and code reviews.

Work within a CI environment and be comfortable with the full SDLC process.

Improve and maintain existing codebase based on team guidelines.

Providing 2nd level support.

Required Background :

10+ years experience in front office system development supporting the US Rates E-Trading business.

In-depth knowledge of US Rates Product Offering (Treasury, Swap and Agency)

In-depth understanding of Dealer-to-Client market protocol (TradeWeb, Bloomberg, and MarketAxess)

Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Ability to work well with both business managers, traders and developers.

Working knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.

Working knowledge of JavaScript (React a plus), TypeScript.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $175,000 - $240,000.
