Store Planner

A company is looking for a Store Planner to develop fixture plans and architectural drawings for various store projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop fixture plans and architectural drawings for store projects, ensuring alignment with client standards and budgets

Assign projects and provide guidance to internal planners and external consultants, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Identify and resolve site-specific issues during planning and construction phases, maintaining project continuity

Required Qualifications

4 plus years of related planning experience, preferably in retail design, store planning, interior design, or architecture

Associates Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, or Interior Design OR equivalent Certificate

Working knowledge of REVIT and ACAD / AUTOCAD is required

Experience with retail store and fixture layout is preferred, but experience with an architectural firm is acceptable

Strong understanding of retail store operations, building architecture, and construction procedures is a plus
