HIRING IMMEDIATELY - DATA ENTRY

A prominent insurance provider is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join their operations team in Columbus, GA. This is a crucial role focused on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of large datasets. The contract starts on November the 3rd, and runs through April 2026, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Location :

Onsite in Columbus, GA

Shift :

M - F, 7 : 30am - 4pm

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

What you will be doing :

  • Accurately inputting high volumes of data from various source documents into company databases and systems within established timeframes.
  • Verifying data for errors and inconsistencies, and correcting data where necessary.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Organizing and filing source documents after data entry.
  • Performing regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Communicating effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or issues.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent typing speed and proficiency with 10-key numeric pad.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with data management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
