Your Experience / What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in both cabinet manufacturing and installation
- A comprehensive understanding of the cabinet industry from raw material through finished install
- Led high-performing teams and knows how to create order out of chaos
- Solved real problems under pressure on the shop floor and the job site
- Communicated directly with builders, customers, field crews, and vendors—and knows how to get things done
- Built, hired, trained, and—when necessary—fired to create the right team
Your Mission
To take ownership of all day-to-day operations across manufacturing, inventory, field operations, and job execution—ensuring our company delivers on-time, on-budget, with zero excuses. You will be the operational backbone of the business, trusted to lead the team, fix what's broken, and continuously drive performance to new levels. And most importantly : You will be a world-class team builder, assembling and developing the team we need to scale.
Your Core Responsibilities
Operations Leadership — Direct and oversee shop floor production and field installation schedulesIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departmentsEnsure seamless job execution—from work order to punch-outTeam Building & People Leadership — Hire, train, and retain top talent across shop, field, and support rolesIdentify and develop lower-level leadership roles to scale effectivelyLead performance management, including corrective action and terminations when neededCreate a culture of ownership, accountability, and high standardsInventory & Supply Chain Ownership — Take full responsibility for purchasing, supply management, and inventory controlEnsure materials are stocked, accounted for, and available on demandEliminate waste and optimize cost of goods through smart material managementCommunication & Problem Solving — Serve as the point of contact for field issues, customer escalations, and vendor coordinationManage installation crews and subcontractors with professionalism and clarityResolve scheduling, material, and personnel conflicts in real timeLean Performance & Bonus Opportunity — Run a lean, high-output team; you'll be incentivized for performanceTrack KPIs such as labor efficiency, error rates, cycle times, and material yieldEarn bonuses based on how effectively you lead and deliver resultsWhat We Expect from You
Minimum 5 years of experience in BOTH cabinet manufacturing and installationDeep, working knowledge of the cabinetry industry—not just parts of itProven experience hiring, training, leading, and developing teamsStrong leadership, time management, and communication skillsAbility to lead operations independently without daily supervisionCalm under pressure, organized under stress, and driven to improve everything you touchCompensation & Perks
