A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Account Manager to support its Retirement Plan Services business line.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client satisfaction to retain existing clients through relationship building
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve challenges and implement solutions
Lead and participate in organizational and client projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
3 - 5+ years of experience in account management or relationship management in the retirement industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
FINRA S6 license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Demonstrated strong relationship management skills
