HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient assignment in Monterey, CA . This position offers the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a supportive outpatient clinic with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Position Highlights :

60-minute evaluations and treatments

Weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)

No weekends or holidays

One-on-one patient care in a collaborative setting

Diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, post-op, and general rehab

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy to meet functional goals

Document all treatments and patient interactions clearly and promptly

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Educate patients and families to support long-term recovery

Participate in clinic development and professional growth initiatives

Qualifications :

Active California Physical Therapy license – Required

1+ year of outpatient experience – Preferred

Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills

Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
