Our client, hospitality and event management industry leader, is seeking a Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate to join their team. As a Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate, you will be part of the event support team supporting high-end hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate

Location : Gloucester, VA

Pay Range : $18 / hr and up (Based off experience)

Shift : Friday–Sunday (Event Support); Mondays (Light Housekeeping)

Must have open availability!

What's the Job?

• Provide on-site support for events, including setup, guest assistance, and breakdown.
• Ensure a polished and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure seamless execution.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed to reset event spaces and assist with inventory checks.
