About The Position

1 year Tele experience, inpatient only

Experience and competence in drug titration

Description :

This position is auto-offer.

Must be flexible regarding guaranteed hours - 36 or 48 hours available.

Blocked scheduling may be approved based on requirements.

Requests for time off must be submitted accordingly.

Must be available for orientation during the first week of the assignment.

Holiday time off requests can be made for only one holiday during the assignment.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.

Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care.

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.

Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.

Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Performs duties and responsibilities in alignment with established mission and values.

Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort.

Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice and standards.

The position involves standing and walking most of the time on duty.

May require bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance.

Requires adaptability to work different schedules or shifts as per patient care requirements.

May have high-risk exposure to blood and body fluids.

Physical demands include pushing, pulling, gripping, and kneeling.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide care for patients with trauma or medical comorbidities.

Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care.

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers.

Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient confidentiality.

Performs duties consistent with established mission and service standards.
