Maintenance Tech

Building maintenance and repair company looking for Construction / Handyman individuals to add to our team that strives for the quality workmanship we provide to our clients. We provide general repairs for townhomes, condominiums, residential homes, and commercial buildings. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and should be proficient with hand and power tools. Previous experience working as an electrician or in carpentry is a plus. Company Vehicle provided to dispatch to job sites.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the home repair industry, having experience in the majority or all fields of general maintenance repairs, which includes electrical repairs, minor plumbing, painting, drywall work, wood replacement, roofing repairs, snow removal, and general knowledge of construction.

Tech Duties & Responsibilities :

• Drywall repairs and painting interior and exterior.
• Tile or flooring installation.
• Trim carpentry on interior and exterior.
• Basic electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Snow Removal.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Flexible schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to move and climb 24–32-foot extension ladders.
