  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Identify tax savings opportunities for clients
  • Assist with IRS audits and resolutions
