Job Summary
This position will support the advancement of automation and technology within the Global Operations Supply Chain Team of the Medical Segment. Candidate will be responsible for executing projects and initiatives spanning the full range of tech solution life-cycle including research, business case development, solution deployments and engaging in post deployment optimization. In addition, the candidate will own the administration of existing technology programs. GOSC supports warehouse operations, profiling, and replenishment capabilities which includes over 65 distribution centers, replenishment centers and warehouses and more than 5,000 employees across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred + 8+ years of experience in related field preferred (automation, technology, supply chain, distribution, logistics, operational excellence, etc.) + Demonstrates knowledge of the project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring / controlling, and closing processes with both external technology vendors and internal stakeholders + Understanding of basic financial acumen as it pertains to warehousing P&L + Strong leadership skills and team building skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment + Travel expectations : 25%
