Part Time Team Members

Tommy's Express in Loves Park, IL is looking for enthusiastic, confident Customer / Guest Service Associates with a desire to help our customers with a service that our guests love and makes them happy ! Our unique innovative hi-tech facility features the latest car wash technology and equipment. Customers experience the difference with our self-loading conveyor belt, an open bright wash tunnel, our environmentally friendly wash system, and our state-of-the art vacuum systems. We also offer guest conveniences, like the no-hassle monthly wash club that can be managed right from their phones.

Tommy's Express includes great pay ($15 / hr), flexible schedules, bonus opportunities and free car washes for all team members! Seeking Part-time associates. Advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure a consistently great, positive customer experience for every guest.
Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and respond with confidence to questions.
Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively.
Learn and oversee wash quality.
Process point-of-sale purchases.
Partner with team members to maintain a clean facility.
Conduct equipment inspections and perform general maintenance.
Communicate with management and operations team.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Sales and customer service experience preferred.

Confident, friendly, outgoing personality and energetic, inclusive spirit.

Willingness to learn new sales, customer service, and point-of-sale technology skills.

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player and customer focused.

Comfortable with technology.

Complete company training program.

Willingness to abide by our uniform and appearance standards.

Must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Willingness to consent to a background check.
