About the Department

The Global Shareholder Services (GSS) team at Franklin Templeton drives operational excellence and customer service across the company. GSS manages transfer agent functions, regulatory compliance, and strategic modernization initiatives. Team membersfinancial professionals, business partners, and leaderswork together in a collaborative, client-focused environment. How You Will Add Value

  • Support integration of new business elements and improve processes.
  • Define and implement critical workflows and controls.
  • Coordinate enhancements to business processes and represent business priorities.
  • Partner on change management for new initiatives.
  • Analyze and manage business data using modeling techniques.
  • Compile analytics, conduct research, and provide actionable reporting.
  • Prioritize business needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Support policy development, quality reviews, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Provide peer feedback and share subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborate to develop processes for call center operations.
  • Research business objectives, identify risks, and propose solutions.
  • Assess risks, analyze impacts, and adapt to changing strategies.
  • Identify and leverage industry best practices.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 24 years in systems analysis, financial services, or technical projects.
  • Experience in mutual fund operations, transfer agent services, or recordkeeping is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and multitasking.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Work Schedule & Location

  • Hybrid work model based in St. Petersburg, FL or Rancho Cordova, CA.
  • Standard hours : 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm local time.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $56,000 - $70,000.00, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
