We are actively seeking an Admissions and Intake Specialist within our substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment intensive outpatient program . As an essential member of our team, the Admissions and Intake Specialist plays a vital role in helping individuals navigate the complex landscape of seeking treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Position Overview

The Admissions and Intake Specialist acts as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking help within our program, whether they contact us via phone, website chat or form submissions. Their primary responsibility is to guide prospective clients through the admissions and intake process, ensuring a smooth and compassionate transition into our intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) programs. The Specialist's role is multi-faceted and involves assessing individuals for eligibility, verifying insurance coverage / eligibility, conducting the intake process and completing all intake forms, and coordinating appropriate next steps according to State and County requirements. The Specialist may also carry a caseload of clients.
