Position Overview
QinetiQ US is seeking a data entry clerk, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining system data accuracy and providing analytical support.
This role is onsite in Lorton, VA and is for a 6am EST - 2pm EST shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for multiple mission operations
- Collect and organize information from multiple online sources
- Analyze and ensure the accuracy of system data
- Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
- Advise managers on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem
- Coordinate communication across multiple offices to provide accurate and updated information
- Write memos and reports for managers to look over the findings and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Two or more years proven work experience in administrative, data entry or call center positionsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracyAbility to multitask and support multiple teams effectivelyValid U.S. Driver's license requiredWork requires the ability to perform the following physical activities : walking, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, crawling, reaching, lifting, sitting, and squatting. Work may require walking, standing, sitting, and working in confined spaces for extended periods of time.Preferred Qualifications
