An Area Director leads and oversees a ministry team to plant and grow witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses. Through these groups, we believe increasing numbers of students and faculty from all ethnic groups and areas of the campus will be transformed by the gospel. We expect campuses to become places where people, ideas, and structures flourish for the common good and to God's glory. We anticipate that our InterVarsity alumni will be growing disciples and change agents across the country and worldwide.

This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants. The pay range listed is for an employee working 40 hours / week as an Area Director. Pay will be prorated for employees who work less than 40 hours / week.

You will work in partnership with local, regional, and national InterVarsity ministers and volunteers, participating in regional leadership, building ministry partnerships, and managing operational tasks and finances.
Ministry Partnership Development (MPD)
Develop a team of partners to resource the ministry financially, prayerfully, and through volunteer service.
Other Tasks
Perform all other tasks as assigned to support the ministry's mission and goals.
