Project Engineer

Join a talented team at Yonkers Contracting as a Project Engineer with 6-10 years of experience for a construction project in the New Haven, CT.

Essential Duties

• Work with the project team in designing, engineering, and construction
• Coordinate and interface with CTDOT
• Develop construction means and methods, working drawings, and submittals
• Process and track change orders
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries
• Process transmittals, submittals, RFI’s and change orders
• Ensure compliance with all appropriate standards, codes, and specifications
• Subcontractor coordination and monitor for contract adherence
• Research and resolve engineering and construction problems
• Contribute to effective communication between field and project team

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Salary Range : $90k -165k - based on experience, education, and training
