Who You Are

• Can conceptualize, script, and shoot engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Expert storytelling skills with the ability to build and cultivate a community.
• Comfortable being on camera in-office and in public to film.
• Ability to analyze creative metrics to iterate on concepts and scale what’s working.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently able to juggle posting on multiple channels.
• Experience working in a small, startup environment. We’re a lean team, meaning your ideas and direction will be reflected in the content we produce.
