Med / Surg Tele RN Job Details Location : Hyannis, MA 02601 (Cape Cod – Massachusetts nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting : Acute Care Hospital – Float Pool (may float between Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital) Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 15 / 2025 – End : 3 / 14 / 2026) Shift : Nights, 12-hour shifts (19 : 00–07 : 30), every other weekend & rotating holidays Hours per Week : 40 (Guaranteed) Employment Type : Travel Nursing – Registered Nurse contract Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,210 - $2,370 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience in an acute care hospital Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Telemetry nursing experience required Must pass CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia Exams prior to start date Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Preferred : Experience with cardiac, post-surgical, oncology, dialysis, orthopedic, or neuro patients Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using the nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a telemetry unit Document assessments, care plans, and communicate pertinent data to the healthcare team Serve as a clinical resource for patient care, orientation, and staff education Demonstrate proficiency in nursing informatics and electronic medical records Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Comply with hospital policies regarding safety and infection control Maintain patient confidentiality and represent the hospital positively within the Cape Cod community Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing supervisor Take the next step in your nursing career with this rewarding travel RN job in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
