DTCo Content Strategists play a vital role in customer acquisition for our portfolio of clients. They bring some of the most cutting-edge brands to life and add real value to their growth through designing paid ads that run on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
This role works in partnership with the Content and Account teams and reports to the Director of Design Operations.
Responsibilities : Concept
- You’ll brainstorm and ideate creative for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, analyzing previous performance to guide decisions.
- You’ll concept production briefs and develop story / mood boards.
- You’ll define scopes and timelines for production and design projects.
- You’ll monitor the social and creative landscape for the “next” thing.
Execution
You’ll design and edit static, animation and video ads.You’ll sustain brand voice through direct response ad copy and uphold brand guidelines.You’ll uphold QA standards.You’ll execute UGC and studio production.Organization and Project Management
You’ll collaborate with Account teams on everything from ad analysis to concepting new briefs.You’ll lead internal communication around project timelines and deliverables.You’ll contribute to a DTCo culture that pushes for a high volume of quality content.You’ll partner with cross-functional and internal teams to ensure that briefs are actionable and that monthly deliverables are met.You’ll seek to solve content problems through creativity and with appropriate urgency.Client facing
You’ll attend client kick-offs and break-out sessions.Qualifications :
2-5 years experience in direct response ad design or relevant experience across both video and static mediums, with a portfolio that demonstrates this skill set.Excels in working cross-functionally, bringing your own + others' ideas to life.Inspired by scrappy creativity and the social landscape.Comfortable creating stills + short video on iPhone.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere / After Effects / Canva / CapCut / etc.Comfortable testing new tools to enhance and streamline work (eg. AI-driven, generative tools).This job requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related area.Intangibles
