About the role

The Director of Banquets oversees the coordination and execution of all banquet events at the resort. This role is responsible for leading a team trained to deliver the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. The Banquet Director is a hands-on leader who works event operations, directs service staff, and ensures client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

The Banquet Director collaborates closely with the Catering / Events and Culinary teams to uphold OKANA Resorts food and service quality standards.
