As our Master Plumber and Qualifying Licensee , you will :

Hold and maintain the license required for the business permit.

Recruit, supervise, and train journeyman plumbers and apprentices .

Ensure all plumbing work complies with NJ code, laws, and safety standards.

Oversee field operations and provide hands-on leadership on projects.

Partner with ownership to help grow the company’s plumbing division.

What We’re Looking For

Active New Jersey Master Plumber license in good standing.

Ability to serve as the qualifying licensee for the business permit.

Experience supervising teams and mentoring apprentices.

Strong working knowledge of NJ Plumbing Code and best practices.

A builder’s mindset : motivated to grow a new business and team.
