Job Title : Stamping Press Operator

Shift Hours & Times : 1st Shift | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $19–$21 per hour

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 400-ton Stamping Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain high-tonnage stamping presses to form metal parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate stamping press machines based on work orders and blueprints

Select and install dies, adjust machine settings, and load raw materials

Conduct quality checks using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Monitor operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and product quality

Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Complete routine maintenance on equipment

Qualifications & Skills :

Ability to read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and blueprints

Familiarity with different materials and their properties

Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Mechanical aptitude for setup, adjustments, and maintenance

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Ability to follow safety protocols and work safely at all times

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Basic troubleshooting skills for production issues
