About the Role :

ABA Solutions is hiring a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in Brooksville, FL. Support BCBAs while delivering high-quality ABA therapy in school, home, and community settings. Gain practicum-approved supervision and hands-on experience working toward your BCBA certification.

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

  • Participate in ISED public school practicum program and structured supervision
  • Support skill generalization across environments
