We are looking for multiple qualified toddler teachers AND some aids to support our growth and newly remodeled Preschool and Infant Center.

START DATE : November 10, 2025

COMPENSATION :

$20.50 / HOUR - Qualified Teachers

$18.00 / HOUR - Aids

FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS PER WEEK, W2

SCHEDULE : MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 6PM

LOCATION : Placentia / Yorba Linda, CA

We are a Christian-based, early education program, looking for a qualified, passionate early education teacher who puts children's needs at the forefront. We provide a wide range of activities in a developmentally appropriate setting serving children from 6 weeks to 36 months.

Our Director listens to ideas, elevates people to their full potential through support and love, and gives outside-the-classroom opportunities to teachers and staff. She is an amazing leader but don't be surprised to see her cuddling the little ones in the classroom or changing a dirty diaper.

Key Responsibilities and Measures of Success :

  • Safety and supervision of our children by maintaining a 9.5 / 10 Neat & Tidy Rating in your classroom
  • Elevated focus on child growth and development by planning fun, hands-on activities aligned with the curriculum and posting it every week by Monday morning
  • Communicate effectively with fellow teachers, staff, and leadership in accordance with the following standards so all feel supported and acknowledged :

Acknowledge or respond to messages within 24 hours of receipt

  • Build relationships and communicate with parents in alignment with the following standards :

    • Send two pictures sent to parents in the morning and two in the afternoon for each child

  • Acknowledge or respond to parent inquiries within 24 hours of receipt
  • Daily face-to-face parent / guardian conversations at pick or drop off

    • At our facility, your fellow teachers will become your second family.

    Ideal Candidate Characteristics

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a teacher in an infant or toddler room
  • Even temperament to handle all situations and personalities
  • Loves to hold babies, play on the floor, and realizes that spit-up and diapers are just part of the gig
  • Limber and adaptable

    • POSITION REQUIRES completing Title 22 Guidelines and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of State laws and licensing requirements.

    COMPENSATION : $20.50 / HOUR
